Please note that as every dog is unique our price list is a ‘starting from’ guideline as prices may increase depending on size and coat condition of your dog.
A £10 deposit is required to secure a grooming appointment. This deposit is non refundable but can be transferred to another date if given 24 hours notice of booked slot. A 50% deposit for future bookings will be required for late cancellations within 24 hours of grooming appointment. Failure to attend your appointment with no previous notice (no show) will incur a charge of 100% of appointment charge to book your next groom.
Bob The Dog cannot guarantee your groom should you arrive at the salon 15 minutes late for your scheduled time unless notified by telephone. We also ask that you collect your dog within 30 minutes of us calling to notify you that your dog is ready for collection. An additional charge of £10 per half hour will be added to your groom upon collection.
